Tender Details

The Federal Environment Agency (UBA) would like to rent a "Security Service Edge" (SSE), sometimes also called "Secure Access Service Edge" (SASE), as "Software as a Service" (SaaS) to create a virtual private network between branches, IaaS -Cloud components with OpenStack and various remote workto employees with Windows and Linux clients. The conditions are based on the conditions of the EVB-IT Cloud.

The Security Service Edge (SSE) solution, sometimes called the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), must be offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, eincluding all software for access and use of the Service. No additional hardware may be required to use the service. Optionally, an existing LANCOM 1926VAG-5G router that uses a dynamic IP address can be integrated. The solution is givento create a virtual private network that connects various devices in the UBA branch in Leipzig and devices of employees who work remotely. Some remote clients are connected via an LTE module provided by the customer. Single useYou must have the ability to connect to the VPN with multiple (up to 3) devices at the same time. In addition, the project partners should be granted time-limited access to a selection of applications and/or resources via the VPN.
