Virtual court The Ministry of Justice and Migration of Baden-Württemberg ("client") intends to procure a "Virtual Court - Courtroom of the Future" in accordance with number 1.1 of the EVB-IT system contract. The client uses for the Commissioning of funds from the digitalization initiative for the judiciary. In this regard, reference is made to number 18.14 of the EVB-IT system contract (digitalization initiative for the judiciary). The Ministry of Justice and Migration Baden-Württemberg ("Client") intends to procure a "Virtual Court - Courtroom of the Future" in accordance with number 1.1 of the EVB-IT system contract. The entire system is intended to be used in the judiciary to prepare proceedings and for presentation in court.
