BEW intends to carry out a 12-week virtual coaching program for all BEW managers from the beginning of 2026 to the end of 2028. It is a holistic support of the transformation process in connection with digitalization and corporate culture as well as leadership principles. It's about the connection between thinking and acting. It's not just about individual coaching, but about transforming the entire leadership culture. The program is therefore based on the BEW competency model (with 9 core competencies, which are more precisely defined by behavioral anchors are defined) and must be implemented using a uniform coaching method. The aim of this method is to question and change the attitudes of managers. The service includes: • Provision of a mobile solution. This enables coaching, carrying out exercises and Self-assessments and, if necessary, chatting between coach and coachee and the implementation of further content. • Virtual individual coaching via telephone/video by at least 20 German-speaking coaches (native speakers) who have their own leadership experience. • Provision/customization of the Exercises based on the BEW competency model in coordination with personnel development. • Appointment of a central contact person for coordination. Proof of the coaches' independence is required.
