Consisting of: - 7 ventilation devices - 3 exhaust fans - 1 plastic roof fan for specialist class exhaust air - 1 duct fan for Underground garage exhaust air including garage ventilation control - 1 heat pump with 3 wall air conditioning units and 1 ceiling air conditioning unit including piping - approx. 100 m² kitchen ceiling (active and 7 passive fields) including lighting - approx. 580 pieces of swirl outlets, disc valves, air outlets - approx. 550 pieces volume flow controller (constant and variable) - approx. 220 fire dampers with motor drives - approx. 10, 000 m² of ducts and fittings - approx. 3, 200 m of pipes and fittings - approx. 400 m² of thermal insulation (partly with sheet metal jacket) - approx. 500 m² of cold insulation (partly with sheet metal jacket) - 6 outside air and exhaust air towers (V= approx. 35, 000 m³/h) Management staff: At least 3 qualified, German-speaking managers (master / senior fitters) are the permanent contact persons for the entire execution period Use construction management.
