Ventilation technology, GCT, Ink VE4075 The Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, is inviting tenders for the new building for the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies on behalf of the Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT). The present one LV describes the construction of the installations for the ventilation technology on the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building "Neubau Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies" Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. The list of services includes the delivery, Assembly and commissioning of the following components: - Installation of approximately 3, 500 m² of rectangular air duct and fittings - Installation of approx. 1, 700 m of spiral-seam pipe up to DN300 - Installation of approx. 270 m of plastic pipe (PPs) up to DN250 - Installation of approx. 60 fire dampers - Installation of approx. 660 pieces of constant and variable volume flow controllers, as well as silencers - Installation of approximately 490 pieces of outlets - Documentation - Leak test There are special requirements according to the Berliner Tendering and Procurement Act (BerlAVG), see procurement documents.
