Ventilation and control technology, central elementary school in Hungen Extension MPGRS Hungen - Expansion trade ventilation & building automation / 1st BA As part of the two-storey extension building (timber frame/cross-laminated timber construction) the trades are involved in ongoing school operations Ventilation technology and control technology must be fully constructed. The ventilation technology includes the new installation of a central ventilation device, with integrated control/switch cabinet, on the roof of the new building, for the ventilation of all rooms extension building. The RLT heat is generated using a VRF system that is installed next to the device. Ventilation is to be carried out using CO2 control and variable volume flow controllers. There is an operating device with a CO2 sensor in every room provided. 1/3 of the respective total air volume is used as basic ventilation. If the CO2 value increases, the total amount of air is used. The classrooms are supplied with fresh air via displacement air outlets on the floor and in the common middle via grilles Blanket case. The exhaust air is removed at specific points via grilles in the ceiling case. All cables on the roof receive weatherproof insulation with a sheet metal jacket. All supply air ducts in the building are insulated. Fire protection is provided by motorized vehicles Fire dampers guaranteed.
