VE480 - Building automation - Sports forum "Am Schlaatz" Potsdam The installation of several ventilation systems and heat distribution is planned for a new building. The building will have two double sports halls with changing rooms and sanitary facilities as well as four separate club areas for Potsdam's sports clubs. The construction site is located in the Am Schlaatz residential area The GLT should provide the following services: Ventilation - control of the ventilation systems RLT 1 including all those distributed in the building Field devices - Connection of three compact ventilation devices and connection to the BMS - Implementation of the ventilation concept according to the description Heating - Control of the district heating station - Control of five connected supply areas Sanitary - Recording hot water and ZK temperature of the existing hot water preparation - Management of the storage tank load (four storage tanks) - Connection of the flushing devices General - Structure of the control cabinets and IO modules as well as the control in the system GA schemes - Creation of trend recordings - Cable pull - Connection of external fault messages - Connection to the KIS cloud via the BMS The scope of this list of services is the construction of the MSR and BMS and includes the installation of the building automation consisting of: - the mentioned number of control cabinets and a remote IO module. - On-site systems with their own control: - 1 refrigeration system - 3 compact ventilation units - Overvoltage protection in sub-distributions - 2 RWA...
