The present construction project involves the renovation of the listed existing building, consisting of two cubic structures, the five-story head building with offices and entrance hall and an adjoining two-story building Office wing with four atriums. The entrance hall leads from the ground floor to the 4th floor and is covered by a glass roof made of 5 gable roof-shaped light strips. In the hall, 2 single-flight reinforced concrete stairs lead to all upper floors, where they connect to surrounding hallways open up. This atrium gradually expands upwards, floor by floor, in an easterly direction. 1/3 of the building has a basement. In the basement there is the Ratskeller with a kitchen and additional rooms, as well as the technology center and an archive accommodated.
