Fraport AG completed the new construction of Terminal 3 including parts of Pier G. Parts of Pier G have already been put into operation. This also applies to the main terminal building and to gates H and J. Part of gate G has so far only been built as a refined shell. This part of the building is or will be separated from the areas that have been put into operation through interim measures and is now to be completely expanded. For the structural realization the Construction services, etc. tendered in the following trades: Expansion of electrical building automation ELA including communications technology BOS BMA security technology (video, GMA) mechanics baggage conveyor systems canopy extended shell construction are the subject of this tender Services for the mechanics trade with, among others, the following service areas: KG 410 water/wastewater • Dismantling, adjustments of drinking/dirty water pipes SML/stainless steel up to DN 125 approx. 230 m • Assembly of drinking/dirty water/condensate pipes SML/stainless steel including fittings, connecting and transition pieces, fastenings, fittings up to DN 125 approx. 1, 680 m • Fire protection ducts through F90 components for pipes SML and stainless steel incl. signage approx. 120 pieces • Installation of sanitary objects WC'S, Urinals, built-in wash basins, sinks, sinks, showers incl. accessories approx. 95 pieces KG 420 heating/cooling • New installation of chillers, outdoor installation Power 1000 kW incl. accessories: approx. 2 pieces • New installation of circulating air cooling units, fan coil units 2.5 kW incl.
