VE02 Construction site equipment VE02 Construction site equipment: The existing building (type building SK Berlin from the 1980s) will be extensively renovated and supplemented by an extension. The building consists of five above-ground floors of reinforced concrete construction and is accessed via two staircases arranged near the gable walls. An elevator will be built in the transition area between the existing building and the new building. The total gross floor area (GFA) is approximately 3, 500 m².
