The Free University of Berlin is planning on its university campus in Berlin Steglitz-Zehlendorf district, Dahlem district, the new three-story building, not basement seminar and office building for teacher training and the institute for School quality from the states of Berlin and Brandenburg with dimensions of approx. 34 m x 85 m. The building will be built according to the standard of the Sustainable Building Rating System Federal building (BNB UN 17) certified with the silver quality seal, whereby material-ecological requirements for the construction products of quality level 5 exist. Type and scope of service: The subject of this tender is the manufacture, delivery and assembly of ready-to-use built-in windows, French doors and Window elements in accordance with EN 14351-1 in wooden construction including surface finish, glazing and sun protection systems as well as a curtained, rear-ventilated wooden facade made of Nordic spruce made of prefabricated solid wood elements with vertical Board formwork or 3-layer solid wood panels, including substructure, two layers of aluminum or wood and mineral fiber insulation. 1.
