VE 3070 Drywall basic construction HafenCity Hamburg GmbH is planning to realize an office building in wood frame construction at the “Am Dalmannkai” location as a zero-emission office building with a total gross floor area of approx. 8, 600 m². The Zero-emission office buildings should be CO2-neutral in the overall balance of construction, operation and dismantling. The innovative overall concept serves as a supra-regional lighthouse project that demonstrates the feasibility of a climate-neutral office building with contemporary comfort and flexibility and strives for certification of the HafenCity Platinum Plus eco-label. Wood as a building material is used both structurally and in design. Large-scale façade and roof greening makes an important contribution Microclimate and offers a high quality for urban spaces.
