VE 3-01 Total demolition with pollutant remediation New construction of the vocational school center (BSZ) Bad Windsheim Total demolition of the existing building of the vocational school of the vocational school center (BSZ) Bad Windsheim with previous pollutant remediation. The building will completely demolished down to the ground, including the foundations, deep foundations and soil channels, as a new building is being built on the same site. The demolition is part of the overall project to rebuild the Bad Windsheim vocational school center. The School operations will be relocated to an interim building for the duration of the construction project; demolition will only take place after the existing building has been completely vacated. The structure to be demolished is a four-story school building (Basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors), built in several construction phases with the years 1962, 1976 and 1980. The gross floor area is around 3, 696 m², the enclosed space is around 10, 902 m³. Structurally, it is a solid building Reinforced concrete and masonry, partly as reinforced concrete skeleton construction with masonry infills, partly as load-bearing masonry.
