Turnkey delivery, construction and commissioning of a three-story interim building in spatial cell construction (container construction) as a temporary alternative building for school operations at the Bad Windsheim Vocational School Center (BSZ) during the Demolition and new construction of the BSZ main building. The container system is purchased (no hire purchase/rental). The intended service life is approx. 3 to 5 years. The system consists of approx. 60 room modules (individual containers, basic dimensions approx. 3.00 × 6.00 m, clear Room height 2.50 m) on 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor) with a floor area of ​​approx. 24.00 × 15.00 m (GFA approx. 1, 080 m²). The access is via a 3.00 m wide central hallway with two stairwells arranged at the front with steel stairs (stair covering non-combustible) and full-walled, tight and self-closing stairwell closures. Each side of the building has a canopy over the entrances. On site, a ramp to the entrances/exits will be created by the outdoor facility construction.
