A new town hall will be built on the property at Ismaninger Straße 6 + 8 in 85609 Aschheim, official field number 110 in the Aschheim district. The town hall is composed of two wings and a connecting joint. The northern wing continues the gable-independent development on Ismaninger Straße. The southern wing steps back and spans the town hall square, which, together with the market square, marks the center of the town.
