Tender Details

For the LAB NI, the operation of the NUK Ahlhorn with up to 500 accommodation places is to be awarded in various lots in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the LAB NI. The contractors should assist the state reception authority as a service provider in the operation of the NUK Ahlhorn support the services mentioned in the service description - technical part (Part B) - for lots 1 to 6. The organization and administration of the facility as well as the coordination of all service providers employed in the emergency shelter takes place either directly by LAB NI employees or an external contractor, so that various interfaces arise. The emergency shelter has a maximum accommodation capacity of 500 people. In justified exceptional cases, specifications of the country will also lead to more people being admitted beyond the maximum capacity. Due to regular fluctuations, no precise information can be given about the daily number of arrivals and departures and thus the number of to be regularly cared for.
