Categories of eligible actors
- Cooperatives governed by the OHADA uniform act;
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs);
- Large companies and agro-industries.
Conditions of eligibility
- Have at least 3 years of effective activity;
- Have between 5 and 250 employees (permanent and non-permanent);
- Have an average annual turnover of at least 60 million FCFA;
- Be in compliance with taxes for private companies (certificate of tax situation);
- Be up to date with labor regulations and social laws (certificate from management
responsible for labor and social laws).
Types of eligible projects
- Processing and marketing of non-wood forest products.
Financing conditions for selected projects
- Be able to co-finance at least 50% of the total cost of the project;
- Demonstrate the existence of a technical team capable of ensuring the implementation of the project

reimbursement of costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals;
