Use of the WEBCON process platform - WEBCON Lite, WEBCON Core and WEBCON Premium licenses with the possibility of increasing the license as needed or converting the Lite licenses into core licenses (on premise) - Service Level Agreement - Remote consulting services for up to 5 days per year during the first 2 years of the contract term without the right to be called up with German-speaking partners. The consulting services include in particular: - Support with configuration and customizing WEBCON platform; - Advice on the design and optimization of workflows/processes on the platform; - Training and knowledge transfer for the client's administrators and key users; - Advice on licensing and architectural issues in connection with the expansion of use.
