The economic development company in the Herzogtum Lauenburg district mbH (WFL) is planning
Expansion of the Neuvorwerk commercial area in Ratzeburg.
As part of this award procedure, planning services for land-use planning are provided
advertised.
The proposed planning area is south of the commercial area Neuvorwerk, west of the
Domain Neuvorwerk and the railway tracks, north of Albsfelder Weg and east of the
B 207. Future development is from the Neuvorwerk commercial area ("An der Tongrube")
