Upgrading of the Ellbachpark - open space planning - Niederzier municipality A landscape architecture office with expertise in planning and implementation will be used to upgrade/redesign the existing Ellbach Park in the Niederzier community sought after in landscape and open space design. The subject of the award is the planning services in the area of ​​outdoor facilities in accordance with §§ 39 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9. The Ellbachpark is a central, connected green area covering more than 9 hectares between Oberzier and Niederzier and now acts as a link between the two towns that have grown together. The measure serves to specifically upgrade selected areas of Ellbach Park. The LPH 1-9 should be edited for Outdoor facilities in accordance with Section 39 HOAI including special services. The area (gross open area: approx. 65, 000 m2, excluding bodies of water) corresponds to the planning scope of the Ellbach Park. This is a partial renovation and upgrading of the park.
