Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The CAS spectroradiometer system actually in use at ESTI is composed by two detectors, covering the spectral range 300-1650 nanometers. After the dismissal of the OL750 instrument, there is no spectroradiometer able to go beyond 2000 nanometers, necessary to characterize the triple-junction solar cells. The present request aims to update the existing system with a third detector to reach 2200 nanometers.
