updraft The target group of the offer are long-term unemployed benefit recipients who need intensive support in a wide variety of areas of life. The offer runs in two phases: 1: Implementation of a biological/psychological Assessments and 2: Implementation of health and placement coaching based on a work plan created in phase 1. In phase 2, the participant is provided with the best possible support in an appropriate activity to be placed with an employer on the primary labor market. In addition, coaching can include comprehensive stabilizing elements.
