The state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, represented by Vermoegens und Bau Baden-Wuerttemberg, Stuttgart University Building Authority and Hohenheim, intends to build a replacement teaching and research building on the University of Stuttgart campus in Vaihingen for the department of bioengineering.
The new building includes laboratory and office space for research and teaching as well as a botanical experimental station with greenhouse areas Climate chambers. In addition, the existing animal husbandry from Allmandring 31 and Pfaffenwaldring 57 will be brought together in the new building. This new replacement building forms the first construction phase. An existing supply channel for the university campus runs along the northern edge of the construction site, which is connected by appropriate Structural measures are built over and secured.
This tender includes earthworks/demolition/shoring work to create the replacement building for the bioengineering department.
