The state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, represented by Vermoegens und Bau Baden-Wuerttemberg, Stuttgart University Building Authority and Hohenheim, intends to build a new teaching and research building on the Vaihingen campus of the University of Stuttgart the department of bioengineering.
The new building includes laboratory and office space for research and teaching as well as a botanical experimental station with greenhouse areas and climate chambers. In addition, will The existing animal husbandry from Allmandring 31 and Pfaffenwaldring 57 was brought together in the new building. This new replacement building forms the first construction phase. An existing supply channel for the university campus runs along the northern edge of the construction site and is being built over with appropriate structural measures and is secured.
This tender includes the construction site equipment and construction logistics services for the construction of the new replacement building for the biotechnology department.
