University of Mz - moving services - standard move Relocation of office furniture, files and 196 IT/TK workstations from the Holzstrasse 36 location to the new building at Lucy-Hillebrand-Strasse 2 (2nd BA); Transport of a total of approx. 4, 231 moving goods with a moving volume of approx. 1, 912 m³; Proper disposal of all appropriately marked items. The subject of the tender is the standard move of office furniture and files as part of the relocation of the Mainz University of Applied Sciences from the Holzstrasse 36 location to the new building Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße 2 (2nd BA). A total of around 4, 231 moving items with a moving volume of around 1, 912 m³ (including around 1, 771 m³ of furniture and around 141 m³ of cardboard boxes) have to be transported. In addition, a total of 196 IT/TK workstations need to be relocated. The The contractor is responsible for the removal and professional disposal of all items marked “2 = disposal” in the quantity structure. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with the relevant waste regulations. All disposal, transport, recycling and landfill costs are covered by the offer prices.
