Tender Details

The University of Cologne (UzK) has building 321 BT3N, new physics building, with technical gas systems on its property. This building is shown on a site plan, see appendix. Prev. Gas warning systems (GWA), number - 44 pieces; Flashing lights, honking, Signal transmitters, number 210 pieces. Media supply, tapping points, installations etc., number - 353 pieces. Existing. Gas warning systems (GWA), make GFG, type GMA 200 MW. The tendered service essentially includes the following services: maintenance, system testing and Functional control, inspection work on stationary technical gas systems, part 2; Gas warning systems, sensors and media supply, work equipment and installations as well as protective and safety devices from pure gas supply systems to gas quality 6.0, within/on buildings, work to maintain the system function, in accordance with UoK inventory lists and work cards as well as manufacturer specifications including documentation of maintenance work. The work will be carried out during ongoing UoC operations. On this include: all associated ancillary services, including disposal of consumables, removals, packaging, etc. Preparation and completion of documentation, work cards, photo documentation, maintenance and inspection reports, defect reports and Recommendations for action to eliminate defects as well as reports on consumables, sampling and result reports, reports on consumables, MSR work and parameterization. The legal requirements, inspection deadlines, execution and documentation Maintenance work on gas warning systems and media supply must be carried out in accordance with: ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DIN EN 60079-29-2, DIN EN 45544-4, DGUV 100-500 (previously BGR 500), DGUV 213-056, DGUV 213-057, DGUV 213-056-T021, DGUV 213-057-T023, DVGW, TRGS 400, TRGS 500, TRGS 510, TRAC, TRBS 1201-1.
