Tender Details

The University of Cologne (UzK) has 10 buildings on its property with technical gas systems, GWA, number - 64 pieces and GWA sensors, number - 139 pieces; Flashing lights, horns, signaling devices, number - 210 pieces; as well as media supply installations, number - 3, 300 St. These buildings are recorded on a site plan, see appendix. Prev. Gas warning systems (GWA), mainly made by Dräger. The tendered service essentially includes the following services: maintenance, system testing and functional control, Inspection work on stationary technical gas systems, part 1; Gas warning systems, sensors and media supply, work equipment and installations as well as the protective and safety devices of pure gas supply systems up to gas quality 6.0, within/on Buildings, work to maintain the system function, according to UoK inventory lists and work cards as well as manufacturer specifications including documentation of maintenance work. The work will be carried out during ongoing UoC operations. This includes: everyone with it associated ancillary services, including disposal of consumables, removals, packaging, etc. Preparation and completion of documentation, work cards, photo documentation, maintenance and inspection reports, defect reports and recommendations for action for eliminating defects as well as reports on consumables, sampling and result reports, reports on consumables, MSR work and parameterization.
