Completion of a framework contract for the retrieval of services (SW licenses, creation overall system and the use of operational readiness, support/maintenance, training and consulting) for setting up a Unified Endpoint Management System (UEM). Immediate acceptance: With the award placement, as an immediate acceptance The following services commissioned: - Reference of 50, 000 licenses of the agreed standard software in accordance with No. 4.4.1 Lfd. No. 1 of the EVB -IT System Treaty - Creation of the overall system and the willingness to operate the operational readiness in accordance with No. 4.7 of the EVB -IT system contract - System Service of EVB -IT System contract for the immediate acceptance of the licenses Additional acceptance and maximum cable quantities: After the conclusion of the framework agreement, the following services should be commissioned by individual calls: (up to 50, 000 pieces) of the agreed standard software in accordance with No. 4.4.1 Lfd. No. 2 of the EVB-IT System contract up to the amount of acceptance of a total of 100, 000 licenses (immediate purchase quantity + estimated further acceptance). On the access to the expected additional loss quantity, the No claim, i.e. there is no acceptance obligation on the part of the client beyond the immediate purchase quantity. Taking into account the funds available, the client cannot guarantee that the expected additional loss quantity is exploited. The client ensures that the maximum amount is not exceeded. However, permissible deviations in consultation with the contractor remain possible within the framework of § 132 GWB. The framework agreement does not end by reaching the maximum cable quantity.
