The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is in an 8 -storey building housing two elevators, one of a capacity of 3 people and the other of 8 people. These elevators are essential elements of the building's infrastructure, allowing residents and visitors to Easily move from one floor to another. It is therefore crucial to maintain these elevators in good working order, guarantee their safety and minimize service interruptions. UNICEF plans to establish a renewable year (1) contract after satisfactory performance assessment of the first year. The unicef therefore wishes to develop these terms of references for the selection of a service provider, who will be responsible for these services.
