UNDP-MDG-00609 Recruitment of a firm for monitoring and controlling rehabilitation work / Amenagement of 21 resource centers at 21 districts and the Center for Cities and Innovation of Cities for the Association of Big Cities in Madagascar (AGVM) I. Context within the framework of its support for the process of implementing the National Emerging Decentralization Plan (PNDE), the United Nations Development Programs (UNDP) aims to operationalize: (i) District devices in 21 districts to cover 220 municipalities in UNDP intervention regions and (ii) Resource centers at the level of these districts and for the benefit of the Association of major cities of Madagascar (AGVM). This initiative intends to capitalize on previous or undergoing experiences both on district devices and in matters of Implementation of resource centers intended for the strengthening of capacity of territorial and local actors.
