Communication services to support the conversion project on Marktstrasse Oberhausen
The project is part of the urban development funding project "Brueckenschlag" and is its central flagship project for the sustainable development of the city center of Alt-Oberhausen.
The aim of the renovation is to repurpose Marktstrasse as an urban, multifunctional urban space position and sustainably strengthen its attractiveness as a place for trade, living, gastronomy, culture and encounters. are the basis for this the approved usage and design concept as well as the updated integrated action concept (IHK). The planning includes the functional and design upgrade of the entire Marktstrasse with a differentiated development of the Upper, Central and Lower Marktstrasse as well as measures for Climate resilience and improving quality of life.
The aim is to provide transparency to the public, residents, businesses and other relevant stakeholders inform, promote dialogue and strengthen acceptance of the project during all project phases.
