Tender Details

The Technical University of Darmstadt (hereinafter "TU Darmstadt") receives telecommunications services that are provided by the University Computing Center (hereinafter "HRZ") of the TU Darmstadt on the basis of the existing telecommunications system (TK system).

The existing TK system of the TU Darmstadtis largely based on classic TDM technology and has grown over the years. The existing telecommunications infrastructure at TU Darmstadt no longer corresponds to the state of the art of a modern communication solution and should be migrated to a new, modern and future-proof communication solution.

A modern and future-proof communication solution includes, in addition to the classic telephony service, other services such as availability display, instant messaging, UC desktop client, UC mobile client, voice and web conferences and optionally desktop video conferences.

The subject of this procurementng is the purchase and delivery as well as the implementation, commissioning and maintenance of the new communication solution for the TU Darmstadt. If parts of the communication solution are provided as cloud services, these are also the subject of this procurement.
