The cities of Esslingen am Neckar, Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart, together with the Stuttgart Region Association, have decided to pave the way for a possible inter-municipal federal horticultural show in the Stuttgart region - with the aim of holding this at the latest in To be carried out in 2043. The basis is a feasibility study, which is awarded as part of a two-stage pitch process. The aim of the process is to select an interdisciplinary team that has initial conceptual approaches and professional competence as well as the ability to further develop these approaches. Conceptual perspectives for a sustainable transformation of the Neckar region between Esslingen, Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg - towards a productive one - are to be developed and evaluated River landscape that combines ecological, economic and social qualities. It is a 2-step process. In the participation competition (1st stage), suitable teams and initial concept ideas are evaluated. There will be up to five teams selected who can advance to Stage 2.
