TWB: Planning and new construction of an administration building in Sagard as part of an overall award The Nord-Rügen office intends to build a new administration building for the office administration in Sagard as part of an overall award of planning and construction services to have a private partner build it on a turnkey basis. The scope of services includes planning and construction of the new building, including preparing the outdoor facilities as well as providing maintenance services within the extended warranty periods. The services are awarded as a total contract to a general contractor/transferee (based on a PPP owner model without final financing) in a negotiated procedure with a participation competition. The planning and construction services are remunerated Deviating from the VOB/B, advance payments are made at set milestones during the construction period. Remuneration for the adjustment and maintenance services is made quarterly from acceptance after the service has been provided. The process is two-stage in form a negotiated procedure with participation competition was carried out in accordance with Section 3b EU Paragraph 3 VOB/A.
