Ventilated curtain facades (TUT - AG) Ventilated curtain facades (TUT - AG) Type of service: Ventilated curtain facades with carpentry and timber construction work, demolition of the old facade of the existing building and with small-area ETICS for one Basement exit Scope of the service: • approx. 290 m² wooden frame construction as a load-bearing substructure for attaching the window elements and the curtain facade cladding due to the non-load-bearing existing parapet elements, • approx. 1, 030 m² rear-ventilated facade (VHF) with fiber cement panels on a metal substructure including mineral wool insulation and perimeter insulation, • approx. 10 m² thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), • Approx. 80 pieces of ventilated glass panels, dimensions approx. 43 × 2, 040 mm, 2 pieces, dimensions 72 x 2, 040 mm for outdoor concealed fastening • Approx. 34 m² wooden strip facade in the entrance area including wooden substructure • Approx. 75 m² suspended external ceiling made of cement-bound and cellulose-free Plates with vernier hangers, fastened to reinforced concrete ribbed ceiling • Dismantling and disposal of approx. 45 m² fiber cement panels including wooden substructure and insulation not contaminated with pollutants The services include all necessary substructures, Fasteners, insulation and connections.
