tus Berne 04 Demolition of earthworks A new district, sports and cultural center and a new residential development as well as additional daycare places are being built on the area between Berner Allee and Lienaustraße in the Farmsen-Berne district of Hamburg. The tus BERNE e.V. intends to demolish the existing buildings and sports areas and build a new, modern, barrier-free sports campus with a multifunctional building that meets the requirements for climate protection, accessibility and space efficiency. The building has a floor area of ​​approximately 1, 140 m2. Two large sports areas including changing rooms, various sports rooms and a small restaurant are planned. The new building will not have a gas connection and the roof will be partly green and partly be equipped with photovoltaics to generate electricity. The intention is to generate heating energy via geothermal energy and distribute it efficiently throughout the building using heat pumps.
