The Zweckverband Thermische Smar Smart Sludge Using Amperland (ZVTKA) is a corporation under public law that is made up of various cities and municipalities, administrative communities, special-purpose associations and GKUs from the Munich-West and Northwest area as an association members. The main task of the ZVTKA is the organization and coordination of sewage sludge recycling (KS recycling) from the association area. The ZVTKA association area comprises 21, from 01.01.2026 22 association members, or association explanations (Verbandska). The present one Tender includes the services for treatment, removal and subsequent thermal recycling of the sewage sludge from the KA of the association members. This essentially includes the following services: - The transport, the forecast, operating and the removal of a mobile Sludge wing on the KA's site, which require a KS pretreatment in the form of a (mobile) mud drainage. - Providing, holding and replacing containers for the intermediate storage of drained KS. - The removal of the containers filled with drained KS To a KS recycling system. - The thermal exploitation of the KS including phosphorus recycling. The AN is obliged to use the phosphate-containing ash base material in such a way that it is used by it or third-party companies as the raw material for the production of fertilizers and thus the fabric circulation is supplied. The allocation is carried out as a fixed price, in accordance with Section 58 (2) of the Award Ordinance (VGV) solely based on qualitative and environmental -related scoring criteria (surcharge criteria). The price for mobile drainage of the KS and the price for the thermal recycling of the KS incl. Phosphorus recyling are fixed over the tender period (see Appendix 6).
