Lot description lot 1 Lot description lot 2 As of January 1, 2027, the Lake Constance District has to re-award the transport and recycling of electrical devices (SG 5) and scrap metal (mixed scrap and non-ferrous metal). The public client is the Bodenseekreis obliged to commission these services again as part of an EU-wide procurement process. The Bodenseekreis is both the client and the tendering body for the advertised services. The service to be awarded will be divided into two lots advertised. The main services to be provided by the contractor per lot and the most important general conditions are shown below. Lot 1: Acceptance, transport and recycling of e-scrap (collection group 5) • Acceptance of old electrical devices the SG 5 at the three disposal centers and the 22 recycling centers (including the provision of closed, lidded containers or closed containers (mesh boxes with BigBag and lid as well as 360 l MGB) Amount of SG 5: approx. 560 Mg/a to 700 Mg/a (distribution: approx. 70% disposal centers and approx. 30% recycling centers) • Year-round, timely removal of old electrical devices; Exchange of filled containers/ Containers “full versus empty” (at recycling centers outside opening hours) • Recycling old electrical devices incl. monthly quantity reports and annual reports according to the current ElektroG Lot 2: Acceptance, transport and recycling of scrap metal (mixed scrap and non-ferrous metal) • Acceptance of mixed scrap and non-ferrous metal at the three locations...
