Tenders are invited for Transmission System Maintenance of Rural Areas Electricity Company (132 Kv) at Musandam Governorate and Willayat Haima in Al Wusta Governorate.

1- Collection of Tender: Interested and Specialized Companies with grade “B” and above which registered with Tanweer and Tender Board and Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP) may obtain the CD of the tender documents from Procurement & Contracts Department, Rural Areas Electricity Company at Al Seeb, against a non-refundable amount of RO (600/-). The tender may be collected on any working day between 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM till the date of 27 September 2018. 2- Bank Guarantee: The Tenderer should enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for an amount equivalent to (1%) of the tender value with a validity of (90) Days from the last date of submission and addressed to the Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C). Any tenders do not fulfil these requirements will be automatically rejected. 3- Offers Submission: Tender should be submitted in Two sealed envelope (Technical and Financial) with red wax addressed to the Chairman of Tender Committee, Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) marked with tender number and the subject. Other marks or any reference must not be printed outside the envelopes. The exterior of the envelope containing the tender document must not reveal the identity of the Tenderer. 4- Submission Location: The Completed Tender should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Rural Areas Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) Main Office at AL- Seeb, before 1:00 PM on the date of 14 October 2018. 5- Rural Areas Electricity Company without mentioning the reason is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender.
