Transmission oil is intended for lubrication of mechanical gearboxes, drive axles, gearboxes, hypoid gears and other transmission units of cars, tractors and special equipment. The oil must provide reliable protection of transmission parts from wear, corrosion, scuffing and deposit formation, and also maintain stable performance properties under high loads and a wide temperature range. Type of oil - transmission. Base - mineral. Viscosity grade - TM -5-18 (GL-5) or equivalent. Type - transmission, mineral, all-season. Classification - TM-5-18. Designed for lubrication of cylindrical, bevel, worm, spiral bevel and hypoid gears. Kinematic viscosity at 100 °C - not less than 17.5 mm²/s. Kinematic viscosity at 50 °C - 110-120 mm²/s. Viscosity index - not less than 100. Flash point in an open crucible - not lower than +200 °C. The pour point is not higher than -25 °C. Density at 20 °C - no more than 0.907 g/cm³.
