For the For the future decarbonization of the urban district heating supply, a transformation plan should be drawn up as part of the BEW funding. The service to be awarded includes the general coordination of several specialist planners as part of the creation of a funding guidelines-compliant transformation plan of Stadtwerke Schwerin GmbH (SWS) as part of the federal funding for efficient heating networks Module 1 as well as participation in the creation of the final transformation plan. This is done by the contractor to coordinate the specialist planners commissioned by the client with regard to dates, content and services, to play a key role in specialist work and project groups and to support the client in the creation and final editing of the transformation plan to support. As part of separate procurement procedures, the expert reports to be coordinated for the provision of heat from a) waste heat, b) wastewater, c) geothermal energy, d) surface water and e) large heat storage will be put out to tender in August 2026.
