Stadtwerke Augsburg now wants to migrate the existing SAP ERP system ECC 6.0 EHP8 IS-U, which has been in use for many years, to SAP S4HANA Utilities in on-premise operation in its own data center. With this call for tenders we are looking for a suitable migration and implementation partner Migration of S/4HANA ERP IS-U (Utilities). The scope of the order, the target scenario and the project scope are described in detail in the attached specifications and the associated appendices. The specifications (as a result of an in-depth workshop phase) also create an overall understanding with regard to existing dependencies and the target architecture. The transformation and implementation procedure can be derived from this. We currently see the following scope of services as part of this project - target data structures in the new delivery and network system Defining the inclusion of all relevant departments and those responsible for the modules of the client - returning the currently independent system for intelligent measuring point operation (iMSys and mME) to the MSB market role of the future network system. - Definition of the data to be migrated including the client's departments/stream managers. - Organization and implementation of targeted workshops with the aim of standardization as part of a detailed conception using the results of the specifications and subsequent implementation of all of them Result...
