The development and programming, the support of the quantitative online surveys of the member companies by the participating associations and chambers or clubs as well as the evaluation of the online surveys as a report in graphics and Text. The content development and implementation takes place in close coordination with the Federal Foundation and the representatives of the associations and chambers or clubs involved. The results should be made available to the (professional) public, However, the Transformation Barometer for the Construction Industry and the Transformation Barometer for the Real Estate Industry primarily address the Committee for Housing, Urban Development, Construction and Municipalities (Construction Committee). The basic term begins on March 15, 2026 and ends on March 14, 2028. The framework agreement can be extended a maximum of two times until a maximum of March 14, 2030.
