The services being sought in this procurement are:

• carry out an economic impact assessment of the Trans-Gambia Corridor (TGC), and its anchor project: the Sene-Gambia Bridge, as key enablers, for sustainable Special Economic Zone (SEZ), with potential spin-offs for the national, and the local economies within and outside of the TGC corridor.

• prepare GIS-based land-use Spatial Masterplan, for the effective management and development of the TGC corridor.

• prepare Corridor Development Investment Plan (CDIP), to attract investments, in order to boost inclusive growth, trade and regional integration for Gambia, and the sub region
