The Government of Chad has received a Grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the CapacityBuilding in the Petroleum Sector Project, and intendsto apply part of the proceeds for consulting services to provide training toEngineers, Lawyers, Economists, Financial Management and Social safeguards specialists. The Consulting Services ("Services") include: a competency audit, the development and implementation of tailored trainings forthe Ministry of Energy and Petroleum in the areas of: (i) Explorationand production; (ii)Economic and Financial Management (iii) Institutional Assessment and Enhanced Legal Support to Petroleum Development. The Support Project for Public Administration of Civil Servants (PROFAP) now invites eligibleconsulting firms ("Consultants") to indicatetheir interest in providing the Services described above. Interested Consultants shouldprovide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The eligibility criteria, shortlisting andselection procedures will be in accordance with the Guidelines for the Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits2014). Consultants may associate withother firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications. A Consultant will beselected in accordance withthe "Quality- and Cost-Based Selection" method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Interested Consultants may obtain further information at the addressbelow, Monday toFriday from 14h30 to16h30 (local time).
