The required training is based on the requirements resulting from the protection concept for the state accommodation: So that the protection concept is effectively integrated into the goals, processes, structures as well as the culture and mission statement of the State Office for Immigration and Refugees SH and its partners It is essential that all employees, external service providers and volunteers are sensitized accordingly. Therefore, they receive regular training and further education. The iterative learning process, which is made possible through regular participation in training courses, is the basis for the ongoing, targeted and responsible further development of the participants' thinking. Through planning, experience and reflection, participants deepen their understanding and broaden their perspective. This iterative process is necessary to ensure effectiveness the implementation of the protection concept and corresponds to the anticipation-action-reflection cycle according to the OECD Learning Compass 2023.
