Tenders are invited for Training of Private Operators in the Tourism Sector.
NOTICE OF INTEREST DEMONSTRATION No. 002_2019-MATAPTM
FOR THE SELECTION OF CONSULTANTS FOR THE TRAINING OF PRIVATE OPERATORS IN THE TOURISM SECTOR.
1. PURPOSE: Selection of consultants for the training of private operators in the tourism sector.
2. FINANCING: the financing of the services is ensured by the autonomous Budget of the Tourist Promotion Agency of Mali, financial year 2019.
ALLOTISSEMENT: The services are distributed in 05 lots.
Lot N ° 1 Training of travel agencies on the use of the Amadeus platform;
Lot N ° 2 training guides of tourism in techniques of reception and first aid;
Lot N ° 3 Training of private operators '' in the quality of basic hotel services '';
Lot N ° 4 Training of tourism guides in the Mandarin language;
Lot N ° 5 Training of employees of accommodation establishments, catering and leisure areas on the concepts of securing reception infrastructures.
NB: A candidate can apply for one or all of the lots.
3. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION: Participation in competition is open on equal terms to training firms and individual consultants in accordance with the regulations in force in Mali.
4.COMPOSITION OF THE FILE: The interested firms and individual consultants must provide the following documents for this event:
- A letter of expression of interest addressed to the Director General of the Tourism Promotion Agency of Mali, specifying the exact title of the services for which he wishes to participate,
- A presentation of experiences in terms of similar markets already executed (must attach the cover pages and signature of approved contracts and certificates or certificates of good execution)
- A detailed CV highlighting the general qualifications in the field of competence, the number of years of professional experience) accompanied by copies legalized diploma or diplomas,

5. SELECTION PROCEDURE: Selection criteria will focus on qualifications, skills, references, similar techniques in the area of ??intervention. 6. PRESENTATION AND APPLICATION DEPOSIT: Expressions of interest written in French must be submitted in one (01) original and three copies in closed envelopes and marked as follows: Selection of consultants for the training of human resources of the Tourist Promotion Agency of Mali. The candidate will specify the lot for which he is applying.
