KVB's existing licenses are to be transferred to the current Maximo license model as part of an official trade-up/upgrade process. The transition includes both license migration and the provision of maintenance for three years. The Bidder must have valid manufacturer authorization to market and provide IBM Maximo software at the time of bidding. To do this, you must provide proof of your status as an authorized IBM business partner/reseller. A Corresponding proof of manufacturer certification must be enclosed with the offer Trade-up of existing IBM Maximo licenses including maintenance (36 months) The existing KVB licenses should be upgraded to the current one as part of an official trade-up/upgrade process Maximo license model can be transferred.
