The Studentenwerk Oberfranken intends to build a turnkey student residence (planning and construction) on the property in Weiden. The property is owned by the Studentenwerk Oberfranken. The student residence must be at least 140 and a maximum of 147 individual apartments as well as 29 parking spaces in the outdoor areas. The access to the property should be partly via the property with the area no. 3762 can be done. The subject of the present procurement procedure is therefore: Procurement of total contractor services with all necessary planning services from HOAI for all required service profiles from HOAI for the new construction of the student residence on the campus of the East Bavarian Technical University Amberg-Weiden (OTH). All planning services necessary for the project must be provided by the contractor or by subcontractors appointed by him.
