Torgau Correctional Facility Social Therapy Shell construction work 2.BA The tender includes, among other things, construction site furnishing, earthworks, drainage, demolition, steel construction, scaffolding, masonry and reinforced concrete work in the course of the renovation and conversion of a building existing building. Essential services: •Construction site facilities including storage and traffic areas •approx. 430 m³ of excavated earth, approx. 200 m of pipe trench construction, approx. 220 m² of raw gravel installation and approx. 200 m² of mineral mixture •approx. 180 m underground pipes DN 100-150 including inspection and protective pipes •Disposal of approx. 15 tonnes of non-polluting construction and demolition waste •Demolition of approx. 850 m² of masonry, approx. 1, 600 m² of concrete and brick ceilings and approx. 200 m² of floor slabs •Production of approximately 270 door openings and wall breakthroughs •Steel construction work with beams and supports totaling approx. 35 t of steel profiles •Scaffolding services with approx. 350 m³ of scaffolding •Reinforced concrete work with approx. 150 m³ floor slabs, approx. 600 m² wall panels and approx. 1, 500 m² Ceiling surfaces •Installation of approx. 58 t of reinforcing steel •approx. 10, 500 cm of core drilling as well as extensive sawing, anchoring and concrete renovation work •Masonry work with approx. 900 m² of sand-lime brick masonry, approx. 300 m³ of brickwork and approx. 1, 100 pieces.
